What is Investment Readiness Support

Investment readiness support refers to a range of services and assistance provided to businesses with the goal of preparing them to attract and secure investment capital. This support is designed to enhance a business's chances of successfully securing funding by ensuring they have the necessary elements in place to meet investor requirements and expectations.

Investment readiness support typically includes a combination of strategic guidance, business planning, financial analysis, and operational improvements. Here are some key components of investment readiness support:

By providing investment readiness support, we equip businesses with the necessary tools, strategies, and resources to position themselves attractively to investors. This support enhances the likelihood of securing investment capital, enabling businesses to scale, achieve their impact objectives, and contribute to sustainable development.

What is Impact Investment

Impact investment refers to the practice of making investments with the intention of generating positive social or environmental impact alongside financial returns. It involves deploying capital into businesses, organizations, or funds that aim to address pressing social or environmental challenges while seeking financial profitability.

Unlike traditional investment approaches that solely focus on financial returns, impact investment also takes into account the broader impact and outcomes that an investment can have on society and the planet. The primary goal is to generate measurable and beneficial social or environmental effects while also delivering a financial return to investors.

What are the UNSDGs?

The UNSDGs refer to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. They are a set of 17 global goals established by the United Nations General Assembly in 2015 as part of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development. The SDGs provide a comprehensive framework and roadmap for addressing the world's most pressing social, economic, and environmental challenges, with the aim of achieving a more sustainable and equitable future by the year 2030.

The 17 SDGs cover a wide range of interconnected issues and are designed to be integrated and indivisible. Each goal has specific targets and indicators that guide and measure progress towards its achievement. The SDGs address various dimensions of sustainable development, including poverty eradication, health and well-being, quality education, gender equality, clean energy, sustainable cities, responsible consumption and production, climate action, and biodiversity conservation, among others.
